1.  No iPhone in social situations

2.  A.M. workouts, M-R

3.  <1 hr TV per day (bankable)

4.  Reusable bags only!

5.  2+ chores/day, everyday

6.  No swearing

7.  No procrastinating, all month long

8.  Make a budget and stick to it

9.  Keep stickin to it

10.  Plan menus w/4 dinners per week

11. Have all holiday cards and gifts done by 11/30

12. It’s look presentable month!
